Can you inherit pages from another role?

If Role A has access to 10 pages and Role B has access to 5 pages:
- Is it possible to assign both Role A and Role B to a user?
- Will the user be able to see the content from both Role A and Role B simultaneously, or is that not possible?
Without having the need to add a new Role C with all pages selected?
