Can I run a sale through back end of WooCommerce after fact?

Hi Folks,

Im just starting my business and made a sale to a local business that they have paid for by a check to my business name. Is it possible to run this sale through the backend of my site? My site is not yet live but almost complete in the background; banking info, stripe, etc. I can deposit the check in the bank but thought having the record of the sale would be good. Thanks for any advice
