Booking/Contact form | WordPress.org

I have a theme with this plugin for booking or sending requests/messages to the listing owner/publisher. The form is in the right side widget bar.

I have asked the theme suppport and they send me this link:

So, i follow those steps but inside the folders, there is only code from them and i dont see the form that i want to edit. I just want to add calendar to the form, like user to pick one date with some title above it.

Is it possible to do that or not?
