help w/ search button centring

I’m kind of at my wits end here. I have a menu, with a search button. But, the search engine is spaced wrong. its too high, and, the search icon is offset incorrectly in the block. its on my web site in the upper right. https://www.agilicus.com/

Its with twenty twenty four and a child theme. If anyboy has any suggestion for what i’ve done wrong or how i can correct this with either settings or css, i would be most grateful.
