Action Scheduler: 516 past-due actions found; something may be wrong

As the title say, I am getting this error in the admin section of website. Action Scheduler: 516 past due action found; something may be wrong

The number of past due actions is increasing everyday for last 4 days. I didn’t install anything in last few days so not sure what happened. How can I fix this issue?
