I was ripped off!
I would like to tell you about my bad experience with this plugin. I recently purchased it to have a feature on my website, and I want to point out that I purchased it only for this feature that is very important to me. Before purchasing it, I contacted them, explaining in detail what I would have to get on my website. They assured me that what I was asking for could be achieved with their plugin. So, I purchased it.
I immediately installed the plugin and saw that there were no options that would have allowed me to achieve what I had requested and that they had assured me would be there.
I sent them an email to get an explanation, and they responded with a demonstration screencast, where what I expected from the plugin was not demonstrated. Afterwards, they sent me many emails, with other screencasts, with other demonstrations.
At that point, after about 7 days, I requested a refund based on their Refund Policy, which reads as follows:

“We believe in all of our products and stand behind their quality and performance. However, things may not work the same for everyone. Therefore, if you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved or feel that our product does not work as expected, you can contact us for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly refund the full amount.”

Since they cannot give me what they promised and also because it has already been 2 weeks of continuous emails and continuous waste of time, where they promise but do not deliver, I reiterate that they must refund me the cost of the plugin, because this plugin cannot give me what was promised to me.
