Mobile view messed up compared to editing view

I havent touched anything on my clients site but im assuming it was an update that has created this issue.

In the editor, in mobile view the shop looks perfect! as it should be, however on actual mobile when i use my phone all the product box elements are small and pushed to right allign.

I cannot work it out, its set to full width etc.
