will restoring from old backup delete new pagesnew

Essentially I have done a whole lot of work to my website recently, (new pages, changing fonts, adding a whole bunch of stuff ect) and have also just realised that I have some pages missing. I must have accidentally deleted them some how a while ago as they are no longer in my trash anymore. I have a Updraftplus backup from May which should have the deleted pages.

My question is, that if I restore from this backup, will I lose the new pages and changes? Or is there a better way to get my missing pages back from the backup? Thanks!
