The answering time is just amazing. Within a couple of hours I had an answer from the support. After a bit of back and forth (which is normal contacting support), I wasn’t able to solve my problem by myself. so the support stepped in (after I gave them login credentials) and solved it within an hour. That is very fast, considering it was on a Sunday, which here in Germany is a non-working day.

The way I was able to grant access to my WP Backend was outstanding as well. Because they provide you with instructions to install a plugin to create temporary user accounts that only lasts a couple of hours (if you set it to that). Ans they even recommending another plugin, that monitors and logs everything they do.

My conclusion would be: Very fast, professionell and transparent. Very, very, much recommended.
