cleantalk blocking site downloads | WordPress.org

Hi, this issue is happening on 2 pages of my website.

When a user tries to download one of the “playbooks” on either of these 2 pages, a a lead-gen modal pops up and after the user fills out the form and clicks download now, they receive. this error message: ***Forbidden. Browser seems to be spam bot. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. *** and aren’t receiving the pdf downloa.

When I clear the site’s cache, it works again for a few days, but then the error returns. How can I ensure these downloads are always allowed?
