Clear cache for rss feeds plugins and rss feed shortcode

Hello,

A site uses an rss plugin and weather plugin.

But the site do not show current rss feeds and current weather when visited.

It shows old feeds and old weather after being refreshed.

Can your plugin solve the problem?
