Cart Issue – Conflict with Shoptimizer Theme

This is wired issue but yes NinjaFirewall is conflicting with Shotimizer Theme. Whenever I disable NinjaFirewall, issue go away.. I tested same in staging and Production and able to reproduce the issue.

Previously, Issue was highlighted to Lite Speed Cache but this is now unrelated after I am able to reproduce the issue after disabling NinjaFirewall.
