Bug with latest update | WordPress.org

On a new article coming out Monday, 11/6/2023 I tried manually linking the above page and https://nurse.2abraham.com/whats-the-process-of-getting-your-loved-one-on-hospice-service/ as manually related posts.

PRIOR to the most recent batch of updates, I could put in the ID (53 for starting hospice) and 3828 for the understanding heart failure classification and it worked WONDERFULLY and consistently (consistency always matters).

The new system allows you to start typing in a title, but DOES NOT WORK consistently and for my purposes DOES NOT WORK at all.

I tried putting in “heart failure” (with or without quotes), nothing, cardiac nothing, manually re-entering the id’s and it goes to the WRONG ID.

I’m about to switch plugins because consistently working even if lesser quality relationship choices is better than complete failure to work properly.

Can this bug be fixed?
