The error you are receiving is an error that is not generated by our plugin, but by the payment provide/handler. This can be sent to our plugin, by PayPal (server side) or the bank that provided the card.
In order to have this investigated, I propose you reach out to PayPal Merchant Technical Support, provide them the transaction ID (or Debug ID, in case you have logging activated) and ask them to clarify why this payment is being refused.
There is not much we can do from our end, so I will mark this thread as resolved. If MTS tells you this is a plugin issue, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread or create a private engagement with us here.
