Problems with display & exclusion

Hi, I am having problems with excluding a footer from certain pages on my site. I believe it could be a compatibility issue with the theme I am using as I have tested on other themes and its works fine.

I would prefer not to change to a different theme now as I have done lots to get the website looking how I want it too.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
