Offloading makes the website slow, lost ca. 200 images – [Image Optimization by Optimole – Lazy Load, CDN, Convert to WebP & AVIF] Review
In the beginning the Plugin worked okay, but since my website grew pretty fast in the last months, Optimole made the site sluggish and the PageSpeed rank went down to 12(!). The site needed 12 seconds to load. This is unacceptable.
After offloading from the Optimole cloud, doing everything provided for in the KB, and uninstalling the plugin, I lost ca. 200 images, which I had to upload via FTP to get the site manually…
I hope the developer team puts some effort in the plugin to make it work better.
