Woocommerce – Shipping Label and Credit Card

Our company bayandbirchdesigns.com uses WooCommerce for shipping labels. I’m not sure if it makes a difference, but the website is hosted by Go Daddy.

When trying to change the credit card, our old company name appears and that company’s credit card. We have been trying to delete the old Sweet as Honey Basket credit card and add a new credit card. Luck is not on our side.

I called Go Daddy who said that it’s on the WooCommerce end. The error is “billingdaddy” when crediting a shipping label. Also, we can’t uncheck the old credit card.

It just doesn’t make sense! This is critical to our shipping.

If you could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
