Profile Photo not showing in User header

Hi,

I’m having an issue that the User’s uploaded profile picture only shows on the profile page when I add the field “Profile Photo” to the Profile form, but not in the header section of the profile.

It also doesn’t show up in the user’s result in the directory.

Since it comes up in the “Profile Photo” field, I assume it has been uploaded as a Profile Photo but can’t work out why it’s not automatically added to the areas it’s meant to be showing.
