Product support and development

Code Cabin has a wide range of online applications which require continuous support. We are looking for intelligent and well-spoken individuals who have an understanding of PHP (WordPress is a bonus) and have great problem solving skills. The individual MUST HAVE a passion for programming and be emotionally mature.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– To monitor, support and maintain applications (email support)
– Respond to customers enquiries via support channels (email and support desk)
– Internal escalation and communication with different departments
– Basic programmatic changes, bug fixes, fault finding, problem solving
– Following a query through from start to finish
– Reporting
– Working effectively within a team in a remote environment


– PHP (1 year formal experience. If no formal experience then you will need to show us what personal projects you have worked on)
– jQuery
– Ajax
– WordPress experience is a bonus
