You can initiate a support chat at any time when logged into your AccountCenter.
- Log into your AccountCenter.
- Look to the bottom right corner to find the "Connect with (mt)" bar.
- Select the first icon to on the left, which looks like two chat bubbles.
- Choose the proper queue from the dropdown.
- Select the "Start Chat" button.
- A support agent will be with you shortly.
When I select the chat icon, I do not get the option to choose a queue. I only get the option to leave a message. Am I doing something wrong?
You should be able to reach us via chat at any time. If you are unable to connect, we may be experiencing an issue with the chat support feature of the AccountCenter, or it may be temporarily unavailable. In these rare cases, you are still welcome to submit a support request or contact us by telephone.
