This article details the functionality of the new Account Notes feature in Helm 4
One of the new features with the release of version 4 of the Helm Control Panel is the inclusion of the Account Notes feature,
which allows users to create notes for themselves for any page within
Helm. Also, it allows users to set reminders for the notes, as well as
When first logged into Helm, the Account Notes section will be at the bottom of the page, as well as a My Notes icon.
Click the button which says Add Note in the upper left-hand corner of that portion of the window.
Enter the note text under the Note Body heading. Reminder Date
can be set by clicking the calendar icon next to the field and choosing
a specific date you would like to be reminded about this note if it is
only to be kept on the page you are creating it for. Expiry Date is the date the system will automatically delete the note. The Note Displayed On drop-down menu will let you select whether you want the note to appear on All Pages, or merely the one you are creating it under. Once the note has been configured, click the Save button.
You should now see the note displayed in the Account Notes window. If you set the note for All Pages, it will display on every page navigated to within Helm.
