The role of a BDE is to generate sales and opportunities. The BDE will also be responsible to nurture the leads to make them sales ready. The BDE can work remotely at their own comfort. Please note that the first 2 months will be probation period and compensation will be paid based on sales. Post 2 months, the candidate will be awarded a permanent position with a package of 800,000 to 1,000,000 (INR per Year) based on performance in the prior 2 months.

You will need to show evidence of the following:

Understand and work towards established business targets.
Participate in client interactions for knowledge transfer, updates, review meetings.
Market research, mapping and analysis.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Create creative yet professional presentation to pitch potential clients.
Leading direct customer engagements to reach established targets.
Cooperate with the web developers to make necessary changes in the website if necessary.
