Responsibilities

Process new insertion orders & revisions in DFP for all clients and 3rd party ad partners
Manage trafficking of display, mobile, native, social and pre-roll video ad campaigns from pre-launch to completion including initial integration and impression testing, pace management, performance optimizations, troubleshooting and campaign reporting
Day to day management of network campaigns and exchange partners, including campaign trafficking, optimization, and reporting
Partner with Digital Tech to identify placements that produce maximum revenue lift with minimal impact to users
Analyze campaigns to insure all campaign goals are met including start and end dates, impression delivery, and any associated actions
Work in Doubleclick and our internal CMS to create and maintain text link and display based advertisements including proposal management
Gather and report on advanced campaign metrics where applicable
Estimate and report on current/future available inventory levels
Assist with monthly reconciliation and invoicing for all campaigns
Support DSM in setup and execution of programmatic campaigns
Maintenance of integrations between programmatic platforms/sales, order management, and ad serving systems
Coordinate with revenue and inventory management teams on reporting initiatives

Qualifications

Strong understanding of the digital advertising industry from publisher side
At least 2+ years’ experience managing all aspects of ad operations at scale
Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript preferred
Working knowledge of VAST and VPAID video tags
Experience with Programmatic vendors and/or digital trading desks
Sound strategic thinking with strong creative problem solving abilities and analytical skills
Proficient with MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; proven ability to learn and apply new software applications quickly; solid Internet research skills
Intelligent, outgoing individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Must have a high level of professionalism, pleasant demeanor and positive attitude
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
